یہ تو آدھا بھی نہیں جس پہ تڑپ اٹھے ہو
تونے دیکھا ہی نہیں ہجر مکمل جاناں
Roman Urdu: Ye to adha bhi nahi jis pe tarap uthe ho, Tunay dekha hi nahi hijar mukammal jaan
English: "What you've experienced is not even half of what causes deep anguish; You haven't truly seen the full extent of separation."
محبتوں کو لحد میں اُتار دیتے ہیں
دعائیں دے کے بھی کچھ لوگ مار دیتے ہیں!
Roman Urdu: Muhabbat ko lehad mai utaar dete hain, Duayen de ke bhi kuch log maar dete hain
English: "They bury love deep into the grave, Some people kill you even while offering prayers."
آنکھوں سے میری مہرباں ، فرصت میں کسی روز
گپ شپ لگا کے دیکھیئے ، دلچسپ ہیں ہم لوگ..!!
Roman Urdu: Ankhon se meri meherbaan fursat mai kisi roz, Gupshup laga kar dekhiyr dischasp hain hum log
English: "O kind one, someday when you have the time, Sit and chat with me—you'll find us quite interesting."
یا تو ہمیں مکمل چالاکیاں سکھائی جائیں
نہیں تو معصوموں کی الگ بستیاں بسائی جائیں
Roman Urdu: Ya to hame mukamal chalakiyan sikhayi jayen, Nahi to masomon ki alag bastiyan basayi jayen
English: "Either teach us all the tricks and deceit completely, Or else, let there be separate settlements for the innocent."
آ دیکھ تیرے پیار میں کھا کھا کے ٹھوکریں
اتنا سنبھل گیا ہوں کہ زمانہ سنبھال لوں
Roman Urdu: Aa dekh tere pyar mai kha kha kar thokren, Itna sanbhal gaya hon ke zamana sanbhal lon
English: "Come, see how I've stumbled so many times in your love, I've become so steady now that I can handle the whole world."
